A significant security shake-up may be underway as Christopher Musa, the immediate past Chief of Defence Staff (CDS), held a closed-door meeting with President Bola Tinubu at the State House in Abuja on Monday.
Sources familiar with the development told TheCable that the meeting signals an impending restructuring of the nation’s security architecture, coming at a time when insecurity continues to escalate across several regions.
Musa’s visit to the Villa is believed to be part of consultations ahead of President Tinubu’s anticipated changes aimed at strengthening national security and improving the government’s response to emerging threats.
