The Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Dennis Guwor, has congratulated former Minister of Police Affairs, Alaowei Broderick Bozimo, as he marks his 87th birthday today.

On behalf of the Delta State House of Assembly and, indeed, the Ijaws in Delta State, Rt. Hon. Guwor extended warmest felicitations to the celebrant, whom he described as a revered elder statesman, legal luminary, and treasured father.

In a statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Nkem Nwaeke, the Speaker noted that Alaowei Broderick Bozimo’s life remains a shining example of selfless service, uncommon integrity, and principled leadership.

He commended Bozimo’s decades of public service and contribution to nation-building, stressing that his legacies will never be forgotten.

The Speaker also praised Bozimo’s continued relevance and invaluable contributions to the development, growth and stability of Delta State.

“As you celebrate this remarkable milestone, I pray that Almighty God continues to bless you with good health, strength, and renewed grace. May your days be filled with joy, peace, and fulfillment, and may your legacy of service, and responsible leadership continue to inspire generations to come,” Guwor added.

The Speaker prayed to God to continue to grant the Ijaw leader good health, peace, and more life fulfillment.
