Pastor Enoch Adeboye, General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), and his wife, Pastor Folu Adeboye, have attended the wedding of their granddaughter, Oluwafunmilayo Adubi, in Baltimore, Maryland, United States.
Oluwafunmilayo married David Joseph on October 21, 2026, at House of Praise Baltimore, in a ceremony attended by family members, senior RCCG leaders and other guests.
Footage from the event, which circulated on social media on Friday, showed Adeboye offering prayers and a marriage blessing for the couple.
The wedding also featured a family moment as the bride’s mother, Pastor Bolu Adubi, personally handed her daughter over to her husband during the ceremony.
Bolu is the only daughter of the RCCG leader and is married to Pastor Akinsanya Adubi.
The ceremony blended Nigerian and Western wedding traditions, reflecting the couple’s cultural backgrounds and family heritage.
The couple’s traditional wedding was also shared on social media by the master of ceremonies, Foluso Ogunjimi, popularly known as Sokoyokoto.
The posts featured Adeboye and his wife, affectionately known among RCCG members as Daddy G.O. and Mummy G.O., alongside other family members and guests celebrating the union.
The wedding has attracted attention on social media, particularly following the circulation of footage showing the respected cleric praying for his granddaughter and her husband as they began their married life.
