Senator Ede Dafinone, representing Delta Central Senatorial District, has extended warm birthday felicitations to Stella Okotete on the occasion of her 42nd birthday, commending her dedication to leadership, service, and national development.
In a statement issued on Monday, Dafinone lauded Okotete’s impactful role in strengthening the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta State. He specifically highlighted her tenure as former National Woman Leader, noting that she played a significant role in mobilising women, expanding the party’s grassroots presence, and reinforcing its internal structures.
The senator also praised Okotete’s commitment to youth empowerment and economic inclusion, describing her efforts as inspiring and transformative. He further acknowledged her service as Executive Director of Business Development at the Nigerian Export-Import Bank, where, according to him, she demonstrated strong competence in advancing Nigeria’s economic interests.
