Hon. Erhiatake Ibori-Suenu has expressed gratitude to the leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the people of Ethiope Federal Constituency after appearing before the party’s screening committee ahead of the forthcoming House of Representatives primaries.
Speaking after the screening exercise, Ibori-Suenu described the process as an important step in the party’s democratic journey and reaffirmed her commitment to effective representation and grassroots development.
According to her, “I had the honour of appearing before the screening committee of our great party, the All Progressives Congress, as part of the process toward the upcoming House of Representatives Primaries.”
She thanked the APC leadership for the opportunity and appreciated the continued support and confidence reposed in her by constituents across Ethiope Federal Constituency.
“I remain deeply grateful to our party leadership for this opportunity, and even more grateful to the great people of Ethiope Federal Constituency for the trust, support, and confidence you have continued to place in me throughout this journey of service and representation,” she said.
The lawmaker noted that leadership comes with responsibility, sacrifice, and dedication to the people, adding that she remains focused on delivering impactful representation and promoting unity and progress within the constituency.
“Every step of this process is a reminder that leadership is a responsibility built on sacrifice, commitment, and the collective belief of the people. I do not take this privilege lightly,” she stated.
She further assured supporters of her continued dedication to purposeful leadership and development-driven representation.
“As we move forward, I remain committed to purposeful representation, impactful leadership, and the continued pursuit of development, unity, and progress for our constituency and our people,” Ibori-Suenu added.
She concluded on an optimistic note, saying, “The journey continues… and by God’s grace, the best is yet to come.”
