The Deputy Governor of Delta State, Sir Monday Onyeme, FCA, attended the Service of Songs held in honor of Elder Gilbert Ibegbulem, the father of Dr. Hilary Ibegbulem, Principal Secretary to former Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State.
The event took place at Boji Boji Owa, Ika North-East Local Government Area of Delta State.
Other Dignitaries captured by the Press crew camera lens includes, the immediate past former Delta State governor, Senator Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa and his wife, former Senator and a member of the 8th Nigeria National Assembly representing Kogi West Senatorial district, Barrister Dino Melaye and cream of who’s is who in the society.
