The Chairman, Conference of Speakers of State Legislatures in Nigeria and Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Dennis Guwor, has congratulated the National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Barr. Felix Morka, on the occasion of his birthday anniversary today.
Rt. Hon. Guwor described Barr. Morka as a proud son of Delta State whose intellectual depth, clarity of thought, and steadfast commitment to democratic ideals have continued to distinguish him in national service.
In a statement made available to newsmen by his Chief Press Secretary, Nkem Nwaeke, the Speaker commended the APC National Publicity Secretary for his articulate, balanced, and strategic communication of party policies and national issues.
He noted that Morka’s intellectual capacity is commendable, saying that his role has strengthened political discourse and deepened public engagement.
“Today, I join family, friends, Deltans, and Nigerians across party lines to celebrate an outstanding professional, a respected human rights lawyer, and a worthy ambassador of Delta State, Barr. Felix Morka,” Guwor said.
The Speaker noted that as the National Publicity Secretary of Nigeria’s ruling party, the celebrant has demonstrated uncommon courage, intellectual rigour, and a calm maturity that commands respect even in the heat of national debates.
Stressing that Delta State is proud of him, Rt. Hon. Guwor emphasized that Barr. Morka’s career, from civil society advocacy to national party leadership, reflects a consistent devotion to justice, rule of law, and nation building, which is worthy of emulation.
“Morka’s voice has helped to shape conversations around good governance and accountability. We urge him to keep raising the bar and to continue being a bridge-builder across political divides,” Guwor stated.
The Speaker, on behalf of the Delta State House of Assembly, wished the APC National Publicity Secretary good health, greater wisdom, and more impactful years.
