The conferment of a Doctorate Degree on High Chief Government Ekpomupolo, Tompolo, by Edwin Clark University has prompted renewed commendations from across the country. Adding his voice, the immediate past Deputy Governor of Delta State, H.E. Dcn. Barr. Kingsley B.
