President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Saturday departed his hotel in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, for the journey back to Nigeria after attending the Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week.
The president’s return comes after spending several weeks outside the country since the beginning of the year, during which he undertook official engagements and private stays abroad.
Tinubu’s participation in the global sustainability summit formed part of Nigeria’s efforts to strengthen international partnerships, attract investment, and engage global stakeholders on climate action and sustainable development.
His expected return has generated public attention amid ongoing national conversations around governance, economic reforms, and domestic challenges.
