The Speaker of the Edo State House of Assembly, Rt. Honourable Blessing Agbebaku felicitate with His Excellency, the Executive Governor, Senator Monday Okpebholo on the 34 anniversary creation of the State.
”As we celebrate 34 years of Edo State’s existence, I, Rt. Hon. Blessing Agbebaku, Speaker of the Edo State House of Assembly, salutes the resilience, determination, and rich cultural heritage of our great people”.
He said, ”from our storied past to our bright future, Edo State has consistently demonstrated remarkable growth and progress. Our State’s history is woven from the threads of tradition, royalty, and industriousness, making us a beacon of hope and development, and as obvious as a neon light on a dark night, wherever we find ourselves in and outside Nigeria”.
He asserted that under the leadership of His Excellency, Senator Monday Okpebholo, the State is experiencing a rebirth, with transformative projects and initiatives aimed at improving the lives of the citizenry.
“A new Edo has truly arisen. We celebrate our Edoness today and every day, proud of who we are and where we are headed”. He said.
