Ighrakpata Celebrates Akpowowo at 54, Hails His Legislative Impact in Delta

The Executive Chairman of the Delta State Board of Internal Revenue Service, Hon. Solomon Ighrakpata, has joined millions of well-wishers to celebrate the Deputy Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Arthur Akpowowo, on the occasion of his 54th birthday.

In a goodwill message issued on Friday, February 21, 2026, Hon. Ighrakpata, on behalf of his family, friends, and associates, congratulated the Deputy Speaker, describing his life and public service as a reflection of dedication, excellence, and commitment to good governance.

According to him, Rt. Hon. Akpowowo represents the strength and vibrancy of youthful leadership, legislative competence, and an unwavering commitment to the growth, stability, and development of Delta State.

Hon. Ighrakpata noted that the Deputy Speaker’s contributions in the State House of Assembly demonstrate a deep sense of responsibility to the people of Ethiope East Constituency and a strong passion for democratic governance.

“Today, on behalf of my family, supporters, and associates, I join millions of well-wishers in celebrating a distinguished brother and friend, Rt. Hon. Arthur Akpowowo, as he marks his birthday,” he said.

He added, “As Deputy Speaker, your dedication to duty and tireless representation of Ethiope East have left an indelible mark on the political landscape of the constituency, inspiring confidence and strengthening democratic governance.”

Hon. Ighrakpata prayed for God’s continued guidance and blessings upon the Deputy Speaker, wishing him long life, sound health, renewed strength, and greater wisdom to continue serving humanity.

“As you celebrate another year, may your path be filled with higher achievements and lasting impact,” he concluded.
