President Bola Tinubu on Saturday received retired Lieutenant-General Theophilus Danjuma during a courtesy visit at the State House in Abuja.
Details of the meeting were not disclosed as of the time of filing this report.
Danjuma, 87, is a former Chief of Army Staff and served as Nigeria’s Minister of Defence from 1999 to 2003 under the administration of former President Olusegun Obasanjo.

TheCable reports that the visit comes days after Agbu Kefas, Governor of Taraba State, dismissed rumours of a rift between him and Danjuma following his defection from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the All Progressives Congress (APC).
