A girlfriend admitted to stabbing her longtime beau to death because he brought home food to cook rather than take her out to a bar to eat, according to court documents.

Mikayla Kloth, 27, told investigators she stabbed Lukas Rosch, 25, in the chest Friday night because she had wanted to go out for dinner  but he instead came home with “chicken drumsticks, seasoning, and was planning on using the air fryer,” according to a criminal complaint obtained by WISN.

She told cops Rosch “began pushing her buttons” — sparking an argument that ended with her stabbing him at an apartment in the Village of Lac La Belle, Wisconsin.

Kloth allegedly admitted to stabbing Rosch as they performed CPR — and told them that “If they had to lock her up, that was cool,” according to the complaint.

While she was being driven from the apartment to the police station, she was heard making “excited utterances” and stated “she should have just gone to the bar, and the whole thing was irritating.”

“While transporting her, the defendant stated that if [Rosch’s] parents didn’t hate her before, they will hate her now,” the complaint claimed.

Rosch was rushed to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead from a single stab wound to the chest. Kloth is charged with first-degree intentional homicide.

The pair had been dating for about three years and Rosch frequently visited her apartment. When he had texted her about coming over and cooking dinner, she said she instead wanted to go out to a bar, according to the complaint.

Kloth is being held on a $2 million cash bond and could face life in prison if convicted.

She made her initial court appearance on Monday, where Rosch’s father, Michael Rosch, told the court he is a “shattered man” after his son’s death.

“Please never let that monster walk the streets ever again,” he said, according to courtroom footage.

“We are completely broken at the tragic and senseless loss of our son, Lukas John Rosch, the most loving, giving, kind-hearted person anyone could ever meet,” Rosch’s family told WISN in a statement. “We are just asking for privacy at this time as we try to process.”

Just a week before the stabbing, Rosch revealed to another woman and the apartment landlord that Kloth had bitten him in the thumb, according to the complaint.
