At the recent Global Crusade with Kumuyi (GCK) held at the DLBC Campground in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria, Pastor (Dr) W.F. Kumuyi delivered a stirring message titled “A Turning Point Decision That Determines Destiny,” drawn from the book of Ruth 1:15-18
Using the biblical account of Ruth as a central focus, Pastor Kumuyi emphasized the spiritual necessity of making firm, life-transforming decisions. He challenged listeners to consciously turn away from spiritual darkness, ancestral idols, and sinful habits, urging them to embrace a wholehearted commitment to Christ.
The message underscored that true divine healing and lasting emotional victory over sin begin with a personal decision to follow Christ.
According to the preacher, becoming “dead to sin” empowers believers to resist worldly temptations and secure their eternal destiny in heaven.
In response to the altar call, with excitement and yearning for their lives to witness a turning point, large number of participants surrendered their lives to God, declaring their commitment to a new spiritual path and experiencing what the Bible describes as becoming a “new creature.”
Following the message, the GCK Convener, Pastor Kumuyi, prayed fervently for attendees’ spiritual and physical needs. The atmosphere was charged with faith as testimonies poured in, highlighting God’s grace and power manifested in salvation, healing, deliverance, and signs and wonders.
As the February edition of the Global Crusade with Kumuyi progresses into its second day, expectations remain high, with many anticipating even greater outpourings of transformation and divine encounters.
