Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has addressed claims surrounding an alleged arrest warrant linked to accusations of missing funds, following a now-viral Instagram Live video.
During the livestream, Daniels stated that she had been informed of the existence of a warrant purportedly issued against her and certain family members. According to her account, the warrant is connected to allegations that $40,000 was taken from the home of her husband, billionaire businessman and politician Ned Nwoko.
Daniels, however, strongly denied the claim. Speaking during the live session, she questioned the basis of the allegation, asserting that such an incident would be implausible.
“It is confirmed, it is true. I have confirmed it, and it is Ned. There is a warrant on everybody; the same warrant is on my head, too. He is saying that we stole $40,000 from his house. Whereas Ned does not even keep money at home,” she said.
At the time of reporting, no official statement has been released by law enforcement authorities to confirm the existence of the alleged warrant or the details surrounding the accusation. Likewise, Nwoko has not publicly commented on the matter.
The situation continues to generate widespread discussion on social media, with many awaiting clarification from relevant authorities.
