The Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Pastor Umo Eno, has accorded a warm and prestigious reception to the General Overseer of The Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Ministries, Pastor Lazarus Muoka, and his wife, during a courtesy visit to the Akwa Ibom State Government.
The visit comes ahead of a two-day gospel programme organised under the theme, “Wonderful Moves of God as of Old,” scheduled to hold on Saturday, October 31, and Sunday, November 1, 2026, at Itam West Secondary School, Akwa Ibom State.
Pastor Muoka’s arrival has generated excitement among members of the Christian community, particularly worshippers and followers who are looking forward to the programme, which is expected to feature prayers, worship, biblical teachings and spiritual ministration.
The courtesy visit to Governor Eno provided an opportunity for interaction between the renowned cleric and the state government ahead of the religious gathering.
The programme, themed around the extraordinary acts of God as recorded in biblical times, is expected to attract Christians, believers and other interested participants from within and outside Akwa Ibom State.
Organisers have called on members of the public, particularly Christians and other invited guests, to attend with faith and great expectations, expressing confidence that participants will experience God’s intervention in their lives.
They also urged worshippers to embrace the gathering with the assurance that God’s promises remain unchanged, drawing inspiration from the biblical declaration that the Lord remains the same yesterday, today and forever.
The two-day programme is expected to provide an opportunity for spiritual renewal, prayer and fellowship among participants.
