ABUJA — Senator Ede Dafinone, who represents Delta Central Senatorial District, has felicitated renowned scholar and statesman, Professor Sam Ejite Oyovbaire, on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as an intellectual giant, patriotic leader and one of Nigeria’s most respected voices in governance and public administration.
