In commemoration of World Diabetes Day 2025, the Edo State Government, in collaboration with the Department of Community Health, Central Hospital, Benin City, and the Diabetes Association of Nigeria, Edo State Hospitals Management Agency Chapter, will on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, organise free diabetes, hypertension and malaria screening for members of the public.
The screening will hold at the Paediatric Section of the Central Hospital, opposite the Edo Specialist Hospital, Sapele Road, Benin City, beginning at 9:00 a.m.
In a release signed by the Medical Director of the Central Hospital, Dr. Bruce Osa, enjoinned members of the public to take advantage of the free medical services.
