The Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Emomotimi Dennis Guwor, has felicitated with the wife of the Governor, Her Excellency, Deaconess (Mrs) Tobore Oborevwori, on her birthday anniversary.
In his goodwill message to the Governor’s wife, who turns 56 today, February 5, 2026, Rt Hon Guwor described Mrs. Oborevwori as a beacon of kindness, compassion, and elegance, and commended her tireless efforts in championing the welfare of others.
The Speaker, in a statement made available to newsmen by his Chief Press Secretary, CPS Nkem Nwaeke, also praised the celebrant for promoting the socio-economic development of the state, which he said has earned her the admiration of many, including critical stakeholders in the Delta State project.
According to Guwor, “Mrs. Oborevwori embodies the values of love, care, and generosity,” stressing that her commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of others is truly inspiring.
He said, “Your Excellency, as you celebrate this milestone birthday, I, on behalf of my wife, Timiebi, family, and the good people of Warri South West Constituency, wish you a year filled with joy, peace, happiness, and greater life fulfillment.”
The Speaker prayed that God continues to bless Mrs. Oborevwori with good health, wisdom, and strength, enabling her to be a pillar of support to her husband, Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, as he leads Delta State forward.
