As political activities gather momentum ahead of the next election cycle, Ovie-Omo Agege (OOA) has called on Nigerians, particularly the people of Delta Central, to unite and work together towards building a better future.

Agege said the task of creating a “new Nigeria, a new Delta, and a new Delta Central” requires collective effort, sincerity of purpose and the active participation of citizens, regardless of their backgrounds or languages.

According to him, the time for action is now, stressing that the desired transformation should not be postponed to another day.

“All of us working together as a team with sincerity of purpose can make the new Nigeria, the new Delta, and the new Delta Central possible. Not tomorrow but now. This is the moment,” Agege said.

He said the opportunity to build a better Nigeria for future generations had arrived, urging citizens to join hands in achieving the vision over the next four years.

Agege emphasised inclusiveness, calling on people from different ethnic, linguistic and social backgrounds to participate in the effort to bring about meaningful development.

“We can’t do it alone. So join us to make it happen in the next four years, regardless of where you come from or the language you speak,” he said.

The statement comes as political campaigns and mobilisation activities begin to intensify, with stakeholders positioning themselves ahead of the forthcoming electoral contests.
