Mike Ozekhome, a senior advocate of Nigeria (SAN), on Wednesday shared photos of himself with former president Olusegun Obasanjo.
In the photos posted on his X (formerly Twitter) page, Ozekhome is seen standing beside Obasanjo.
The ex-president is dressed in a blue traditional outfit with a matching cap, while Ozekhome dons a cream-coloured native attire.
“Prof Mike Ozekhome, SAN, CON, OFR, cooling off with former president Olusegun Obasanjo, GCFR, PhD, tonight. God is awesome indeed,” the SAN said.
The post comes amid criminal charges filed by the federal government against Ozekhome over an alleged forgery linked to a UK property dispute.
The attorney-general of the federation (AGF) has taken over prosecution of the case, which centres on documents allegedly used in proceedings related to the property.
Ozekhome is yet to take a plea in court.
