Post-Service Housing Development Limited (PHDL) has announced that its former Company Secretary, Nathan Oguwike, Esq., is no longer in its employment and has ceased to hold the position effective April 23, 2026.
In a public notice issued the same day, the company clarified that Oguwike is no longer authorized to act on its behalf or represent its interests in any capacity.
The notice, signed by Lieutenant Augustina Nkeonye, Acting Public Relations Officer of PHDL, cautioned members of the public against engaging in any transactions or dealings with him in relation to the company.
PHDL further stated that it would not be held liable for any actions, commitments, or representations made by Oguwike following the termination of his appointment.
The company urged stakeholders and the general public to take note of the development to avoid potential misunderstandings or fraudulent engagements.
