Thought for Today –Isaiah 40:31
“But those who wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not grow weary; they shall walk and not faint.”
Waiting upon the Lord takes many forms: through prayer, fasting, meditation, and the study of His Word. It requires intentional effort and a willingness to take spiritual responsibility.
Key virtues required in waiting upon the Lord include:
Discipline
Determination
Diligence
Devotion
Dedication
In these times of heightened spiritual challenges, every believer must earnestly engage in seeking the Lord. This is not a season for complacency, but one for vigilance and deeper intimacy with God.
As we navigate these days, rest in the assurance that God is your refuge and protection. No harm shall come near you. You will rise above every challenge, strengthened and empowered by His Spirit. You shall run and not be weary; you shall walk and not faint. I see you advancing to greater heights, in the mighty name of Yeshua HaMashiach. Amen.
