Global smartphone brand TECNO has announced the launch of its latest CAMON 50 Series, introducing three new devices—CAMON 50, CAMON 50 Pro, and CAMON 50 Ultra 5G—designed to elevate mobile photography and productivity through advanced imaging and artificial intelligence features.
According to the company, the new lineup represents a significant step forward in combining high-end camera capabilities with intelligent tools tailored for modern users who rely on their smartphones for content creation, communication, and day-to-day tasks.
TECNO said the CAMON 50 Series is built around a strong focus on imaging performance, with all three models featuring a 50MP Sony LYT-iA main camera system. The company noted that the sensor is engineered to deliver clear, vibrant, and detailed images across a range of lighting conditions.
The CAMON 50 Pro and CAMON 50 Ultra 5G offer additional photography enhancements, including a dedicated 50MP telephoto camera. This enables 3X optical zoom and up to 60X digital zoom, allowing users to capture distant subjects such as live events, wildlife, and everyday scenes with greater precision.
Beyond photography, TECNO emphasized that the series integrates AI-driven productivity features aimed at helping users manage work and creative tasks more efficiently from a single device. The smartphones also feature refined designs and are built for long-lasting reliability, the company added.
