Edo State Governor, Senator Monday Okpebholo, has approved the appointment of Francis G. Okoyo as Special Adviser on Diaspora Affairs and Momoh Ahmed Musa as Special Adviser on Islamic Religious Matters.
The appointments were announced in a statement issued by the Secretary to the Edo State Government (SSG), Umar Musa Ikhilor.
According to the statement, the appointments are part of Governor Okpebholo’s commitment to delivering purposeful, inclusive and people-centred governance while strengthening stakeholder engagement across the state.
The SSG said the appointments also align with the administration’s SHINE Agenda, which is aimed at advancing governance and fostering inclusive development in Edo State.
The Edo State Government expressed confidence that the newly appointed advisers would contribute to the successful implementation of the governor’s policies and programmes in their respective areas of responsibility.
