The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has refuted media reports, not Roma News that the Federal High Court in Abuja granted injunction restraining Senator David Mark and Rauf Aregbesola from acting as the party’s National Chairman and National Secretary.
A statement by the National Publicity Secretary of ADC, Bolaji Abdullahi, the party explains that the court refused an ex-parte application and instead ordered the defendants to be put on notice.
The matter has been adjourned to September 15, 2025.
ADC attributes false reports to desperate political merchants who failed to stop INEC from acknowledging the party’s leadership change.
The party urges the media and public to verify information to avoid spreading misinformation.
