The Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Guwor, has congratulated Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, on his third anniversary in office, commending his administration for what he described as remarkable infrastructural development and impactful social intervention programmes across the state.
In a congratulatory message marking the governor’s three years in office, Guwor said the Oborevwori administration has redefined the infrastructural landscape of Delta State through strategic investments and people-focused policies that have positively transformed the state’s social and economic fortunes.
According to the Speaker, the achievements of the governor are evident across key sectors, including healthcare, education, road infrastructure, agriculture, electricity, and other critical areas of development.
“Like never before, these past three years have redefined the infrastructural landscape of our dear State. You have reshaped and transformed the social and economic trajectory of our State through monumental infrastructural achievements and far-reaching social benefits delivered through your impactful social intervention programmes,” Guwor stated.
He further praised Governor Oborevwori’s prudent management of resources and commitment to sustainable development, noting that the administration has delivered meaningful progress without placing undue economic burdens on future generations.
The Speaker described the governor’s leadership as transformational, prudent, and people-oriented, adding that Deltans are proud of his achievements and unwavering commitment to the growth and development of the state.
“We are proud to call you our Governor. We celebrate your outstanding leadership and dedication to the advancement of Delta State,” he said.
Guwor also offered prayers for the governor, asking God to grant him greater wisdom, strength, grace, and opportunities to continue serving the people effectively.
