Edo State Commissioner for Information and Communication, Hon Paul Ohonbamu has condemned the inciting statements of Albert Obazee and affirmed that Edo is progressing under Governor Monday Okpebholo

The Commissioner who was responding to Albert Obazee’s recent broadcast on social media that Edo is sinking under Okpebholo and Oshiomhole said in Benin City that all the claims about Edo State’s situation are unfounded and misleading.

“As a social media critic and People’s Democratic Party, PDP propagandist from abroad, Obazee assertions lack credibility and seem driven by personal agenda rather than genuine concern for Edo’s well-being.

According to the Commissioner, “Edo State is progressing under Governor Monday Okpebholo’s leadership, with notable achievements in infrastructure, security, and economic development.

“Obazee’s claims of Edo is “sinking” are exaggerated and do not reflect the reality on the ground”.

“If Albert Obazee is truly passionate about Edo’s progress, he should return home to contribute to the development efforts rather than spreading negativity from abroad. His inciting statements only serve to fuel his frustration and mental imbalance”.

“Even when he tried unsuccessfully to coerce people to join in his stupidity and arrogance to run down the Governor Okpebholo administration in his broadcast, he was rebuffed by the people who refused to comment negatively against Governor Okpebholo”.

“Everyone can see that the noise maker frustration will soon drive him insane because he cannot satisfy his pay master desire to rubbish the hard working administration of Governor Okpebholo”

“Edo people want constructive dialogue and they are supporting the government’s initiatives. They cannot be used or follow a jester called Albert Obazee who is sponsored by the failed Former Governor Obaseki”.

“Edo Government urges critics like Obazee to engage in meaningful discussions that promote Edo’s growth and development and he should know that by now Edo people are fed up with his lies and propaganda”
