From the Grave to Glory: The Message Behind “Lazarus, Come Forth”

Lazarus was a native of Bethany, the brother of Mary and Martha. He was privileged to be a close friend of the Lord Jesus Christ (John 11:1,11).
The Scriptures clearly express that Jesus loved Lazarus deeply, and his sisters and relatives knew how much he was loved (John 11:3–5).

Yet Lazarus became sick and eventually died.
This raises a personal question:
Are you a friend of the Lord Jesus Christ? It does not matter your tribe, race, color, religion, or nationality. Do you know, from experience, that Jesus Christ loves you? Do your family and relatives see evidence of His love in your life?

Friends, what is the “Lazarus” in your life that is sick, dying, or has already died long ago? There is an assurance today that your “Lazarus” can come forth in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

But first, in simple obedience, remove the stone — the barrier preventing your Lazarus from rising. What is this stone? In one word: unbelief.

Do you believe in the existence of the Creator of all things, visible and invisible? (Colossians 1:16–17)
Do you believe you are not a mistake, but divinely created for a definite purpose on earth? (Psalm 139:14)

Align yourself with the Lord Jesus Christ, the only One with the power to call your Lazarus back to life.

Steps to Alignment

Step 1 – Acknowledgement
Lazarus’ condition was acknowledged: he was sick and had died. Likewise, you must acknowledge your helpless state and condition (Psalm 51:5; Ecclesiastes 1:1–3).

Step 2 – Believe in Christ’s Ability
Jesus said to Martha, “If you believe, you will see the glory of God” (John 11:40).

Step 3 – Obedience to Instruction
They removed the stone, and Jesus called, “Lazarus, come forth” (John 11:41–43). Remove from your life anything — habits, relationships, or influences — that hinder your God-given purpose.

Step 4 – Deliverance
When Lazarus came forth, he was released from his grave clothes and set free to live (John 11:43–44). In the same way, Christ delivers from bondage and restores life and purpose.

Your Lazarus must come forth from every form of bondage in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Prayer

My God and my Father, I come to You just as I am.
I acknowledge my helpless condition.
Please forgive my sins and have mercy on me.
I receive Your Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, as my Savior and Helper.
Deliver me from death and fulfill the purpose of my creation.
Thank You for hearing and answering me.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.

If you have prayed this prayer, seek spiritual guidance and fellowship to grow in faith and understanding.
