The Convener of the Global Crusade with Kumuyi (GCK) and General Superintendent of the Deeper Christian Life Ministry, Pastor (Dr) W. F. Kumuyi, arrived in Port Harcourt, the Rivers State capital, on Tuesday morning ahead of the February edition of the crusade scheduled to run from February 25 to March 1, 2026.
Pastor Kumuyi, who was accompanied by his wife, Esther Kumuyi, was received at the Rivers State Airport by State Overseers of the South-South Zone and their wives, led by the Coordinating Overseer, Pastor Pious Idume.
Addressing journalists at the airport, Pastor Kumuyi spoke on the theme of the crusade, “The Turning Point,” emphasizing God’s readiness to transform lives.
“It is a period of turning every situation around—be it economic, political, spiritual, social, or academic—without partiality,” he said. “God is faithful and will always do what He has promised to do for all who sincerely and faithfully call upon Him.”
He assured participants that divine intervention would be evident throughout the programme. “The Lord Almighty will turn every negative situation in your life around at this GCK in Jesus’ name,” he declared.
Esther Kumuyi also spoke with journalists, highlighting God’s mercy and grace. She expressed confidence that God would do “super-abundantly above what participants ask of Him” and encouraged widespread participation.
“I implore everyone to present themselves physically or connect online to receive what the Lord has prepared for His children,” she said.
The crusade begins on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, and will hold daily at 5:00 p.m. WAT (4:00 p.m. GMT), with morning sessions on Sunday at 8:00 a.m.
Two special programmes are also scheduled during the crusade:
The All Believers’ Conference — February 26 and 27, 2026, at 8:00 a.m.
The IMPACT Academy for Youths — Saturday, February 28, 2026, at 8:00 a.m.
Organizers say the Port Harcourt edition of the Global Crusade with Kumuyi is expected to draw participants from across Nigeria and beyond, both onsite and virtually.
