The Nigeria National Mini Football Association (NIMFA) has announced the appointment of Ambassador Sheriff Mulade and Comrade Clarkson Ogo into key national leadership positions.
According to appointment letters jointly signed by NIMFA President, Alhaji Datti Umar Yusuf, and Secretary General, Paul Maduakor, Sheriff Mulade has been named National Deputy President, while Clarkson Ogo will serve as Deputy Secretary of the federation.
The newly appointed officials received their letters at the Africa For Peace Games Village (APGV), where they expressed gratitude to the national body for the confidence reposed in them. Both officials pledged renewed commitment toward the growth and development of mini football in Nigeria.
Speaking on the appointments, NIMFA President Alhaji Datti Umar Yusuf described both individuals as dedicated and passionate administrators.

“Both the Delta State Chairman, Sheriff, and Secretary, Clarkson, are very committed to promoting this fast-rising sport in Nigeria,” Datti Umar said. “The Delta State Mini Football Association executives are truly championing the affairs of mini football in Nigeria, and we need them in the main affairs.”
Before his elevation, Sheriff Mulade served as National Coordinator of the Center for Peace and Environmental Justice (CEPEJ) and is currently the Chairman of the Delta State Mini Football Association.
Meanwhile, Clarkson Ogo, who also serves as Secretary of the Delta State Mini Football Association, is a renowned sports journalist and the Chief Executive Officer of Topsportsafrik, an international sports media organization.
Their appointments are expected to further strengthen NIMFA’s leadership structure as the federation continues to expand the reach of mini football across the country.
