Lagos is trailing behind with 9 Gold medals, 6 Silver medals and 3 Bronze medals while Team Akwa Ibom is following with 5 Gold medals and 1 Bronze medal.
Host Delta and defending champion is occupying the fourth position with 2 Gold medals, 2 Silver medals and 9 Bronze medals.
