The police command in Jigawa says its operatives have arrested a newly wedded wife over the death of her husband, allegedly after eating a meal she prepared.
In a statement on Saturday, Shiisu Lawan Adam, Jigawa police spokesperson, said the deceased reportedly fell ill after having lunch at their residence in Gauza village in Jahun LGA, Jigawa, on Friday.
