Nentawe Yilwatda and Ajibola Basiru have been elected as the National Chairman and National Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), respectively.
The duo emerged at the party’s fourth elective national convention held on Friday at Eagle Square.
Their emergence was confirmed by the party’s convention election committee, which announced that they were among several party officials returned through a consensus arrangement.
The APC’s convention brought together key stakeholders and party leaders, with the consensus process once again playing a central role in determining the party’s national leadership.
The development signals continuity in the party’s leadership structure as it prepares for future political engagements.
