The leadership and entire structure of Credible Voters For Agege And Tinubu wish to firmly reassure members of the , delegates, stakeholders, and the general public that truth, constitutional order, and internal democracy shall ultimately prevail in the ongoing issues surrounding the Delta Central Senatorial primary.

Our movement remains unwavering in its confidence that Senator Ovie Augustine OmoAgege, KSJI, shall be vindicated based on overwhelming constitutional, procedural, and evidential realities already before the relevant authorities of the party.

This position is not founded on sentiment, propaganda, or emotional outbursts, but on established facts, documentary records, party guidelines, and the constitutional supremacy of the national structure of the APC over all unauthorized declarations and local manipulations.

The APC Constitution clearly establishes the supremacy of the party constitution and mandates all organs and officials to operate strictly within the confines of lawful authority and due process. It equally recognizes the powers of the national leadership and authorized organs in supervising, validating, and ratifying primary elections conducted under the party’s platform.

The issues presently in contention reveal disturbing irregularities which cannot be ignored by any serious democratic institution. Among the glaring concerns already attracting widespread attention are:

– The controversy surrounding unauthorized announcements and premature declarations;

– Allegations of manipulated collation procedures inconsistent with approved party guidelines;

– Questions regarding the legitimacy of certain result computations;

– Conflicting field reports from delegates and stakeholders;

– The existence of documentary and eyewitness evidence suggesting that the authentic outcome may have been altered outside lawful procedure.

It is therefore important to remind party faithful that under the APC constitutional framework, no local influence, vested interest, or temporary political arrangement can override the supremacy of lawful procedure and the authority of the national structure of the party.

History has repeatedly shown that while injustice may momentarily appear triumphant, facts, records, and constitutional authority eventually prevail.

We are convinced that the truth shall emerge because:

– Delegates know how they voted;

– Field reports exist;

– Accredited voting records exist;

– Collation inconsistencies have been identified;

– Constitutional breaches have been raised before competent authorities.

This is why we urge all supporters across Delta Central and beyond to remain peaceful, law-abiding, and resolute. The struggle for internal democracy is not merely about one individual; it is about protecting the integrity of the APC, preserving confidence in party processes, and defending the sanctity of delegates’ mandates.

We further call on the national leadership of the party to stand firmly on the side of justice, fairness, transparency, and constitutional order. The confidence of party members nationwide depends significantly on the ability of the party to demonstrate that genuine victories cannot be subverted through manipulation or procedural compromise.

The Renewed Hope vision championed by was founded upon institutional discipline, democratic participation, and the supremacy of lawful process. Any outcome that undermines these principles would ultimately weaken public confidence in the democratic system itself.

We therefore reiterate with absolute confidence:

*Senator Ovie Augustine OmoAgege KSJI will be vindicated.*

Justice delayed is not justice denied when truth remains alive within the records, the constitution, and the conscience of the party.
