Ahead of the Bori Revival Program tagged “Jesus the Life-Changer,” scheduled for March 3–5, 2026, at Birabi Memorial Grammar School (BMGS), Bori, a delegation of State Overseers from the South-South region has paid a courtesy visit to the Executive Chairman of Khana Local Government Area, Dr. Thomas Bariere Ariar, at his country home in Baen.
The revival programme is hosted by the Deeper Life Bible Church.
The delegation was led by Pastor Dr. Moses D. Nsanam and comprised Pastor Godwin Osabuohien (Delta North), Pastor Blankson Dudun (Edo South), Pastor Emmanuel Amaeze (Akwa Ibom), Pastor F.U.C. Abraham (Bayelsa), Pastor Jude Chukwuocha (Edo North), Pastor Napoleon Owhuvone (Delta South), Prof. F.A. Uduigwomen (Cross River South), and Pastor Samuel M. Afuwape (Rivers East).
Speaking during the visit, the delegation expressed appreciation to the Chairman for providing a welcome package for the Founder and General Superintendent of the church, Pastor William Folorunso Kumuyi, as well as for the welfare support extended to pastors during the previous crusade held in Bori on October 26, 2022. The overseers also offered prayers for Dr. Ariar and his administration.
In his response, Dr. Ariar thanked the delegation for the visit, stating that his administration is anchored on divine grace and guided by a mandate from God. He expressed gratitude for the privilege of hosting the church leaders and reaffirmed his commitment to supporting initiatives that foster spiritual and moral development within the local government area.
Pastor Kumuyi is expected to be in Bori for the revival programme, which is anticipated to attract participants from across the South-South region and beyond.
